Vana Hammond Parham

Former Chief of Community Relations for the City of Dallas
Hammond Parham is the former chief of community relations for the city of Dallas. She helped lead the city’s GrowSouth initiative, which seeks to improve and grow the Southern Dallas area. Previously, she served as a Dallas police officer and as an assistant city attorney. Hammond Parham also worked as an attorney at the law office of Vana Hammond-Powell.
