Rios was sworn in as the mayor of Rockport in 2018. Previously, he served on the Rockport City Council and as the city’s mayor pro tem. Rios is also a member of various boards and committees including Aransas Pathways, The Coastal Bend Council of Governments and the Aransas County Resiliency Committee.
