Kahlon serves as the vice dean for health ecosystem at the Dell Medical School, leading the school’s innovation efforts. She also serves as executive director of Factor Health at Dell Med, a city-wide platform that addresses the drivers of health or nonmedical factors that can predict health outcomes. Previously, Kahlon headed the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at the University of California, San Francisco.
