Eoyang is vice president for the National Security Program at Third Way. She previously served as chief of staff to U.S. Rep. Anna Eshoo and as defense policy adviser to U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy. Eoyang is a contributor for Lawfare and has been featured in Politico, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. She has also worked on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and House Armed Services Committee.
