Webber serves as the chief science and technology officer at ENGIE, an organization that manages energy businesses, and as a professor at the University of Texas at Austin and deputy director of the university’s Energy Institute. He was selected as a member of the fourth class of the Presidential Leadership Scholars. Most recently, Webber is the author of “Power Trip: The Story of Energy.”
