Li serves as senior counsel for the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program, where he focuses on redistricting, voting rights and elections. He is also the author of txredistricting.org, a widely cited redistricting blog. Previously, Li practiced law at Baker Botts LLP in Dallas and served as executive director of Be One Texas, a donor alliance working to increase voter participation.
