Styles is the president and founder of Measure, a nonprofit that uses data to eliminate social inequality. She also serves as chair of the Greater East Austin Youth Association's Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant and is on the board of African TV5. Styles is also creator of EarlyAware.com, a tech-solution that informs first responders about an individual communication barrier, cognitive issue or physical disability before and during an emergency.
