Moore was elected Travis County district attorney in 2016. Previously, she served as an assistant Texas attorney general for the office’s Civil Medicaid Fraud Division from 2005 to 2014. Moore has also worked as a juvenile public defender, Travis County attorney, assistant district attorney and Travis County commissioner.
