Coral joined the Knight Foundation in 2017. As director of national strategy, she manages the foundation’s national portfolio and focuses on the development of the Smart Cities strategy. Previously, she served as chief data officer for Mayor Eric Garcetti in Los Angeles, where she led the development of GeoHub, a first-of-its-kind data management technology.
