Huffman establishes conservation strategy, provides policy leadership and leads a statewide team of scientists and conservation experts at The Nature Conservancy in Texas. She also serves as founding director of the Conservancy’s North America Cities program and board chair for the Texas League of Conservation Voters. Before joining the Conservancy, Huffman spent 20 years in city management.
