Adams is  founder and president of TAG Strategies, a marketing and consulting firm. Previously, he served as a senior advisor to the National Republican Senatorial Committee and as the NRSC's digital director for the 2016 and 2018 election cycles where he oversaw the NRSC’s digital strategy, advertising, marketing and online fundraising. Adams also served as project manager of data platforms for Targeted Victory and managed digital analytics for Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign.
