Carlin serves as chair of Morrison & Foerster’s Global Risk + Crisis Management practice and as co-chair of its National Security practice. As former chief of staff and senior counsel to then-FBI Director Robert Mueller, he helped to raise awareness of security threats against U.S. companies. Carlin is also the author of “Dawn of the Code War: America's Battle Against Russia, China, and the Rising Global Cyber Threat.”
