Thibaudeau is a licensed clinical social worker and has worked in the field of homelessness since 1996. Recently, she joined Temenos CDC as CEO. Previously, she served as chief program office for the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County, where she oversaw a large reduction in homelessness in the Houston area. Thibaudeau also sits on the steering committee of A Way Home America, a national initiative that works to end youth homelessness.
