Burrows, R-Lubbock, has represented House District 83 since 2015. He serves as chair of the House Ways & Means Committee and sits on the Elections Committee. He also serves as chair of the House Republican Caucus. Burrows practices at the Burrows Law Firm in Lubbock, where he represents many agricultural producers in Gaines, Terry, Lynn and Lubbock counties.
