Paddie, R-Marshall, has represented House District 9 since 2013. He serves as chair of the House Energy Resources Committee and sits on the Licensing & Administrative Procedures and Redistricting committees. He is also a member of the Texas Conservative Coalition and the Young Texans Legislative Caucus. Previously, Paddie served on the Marshall City Commission and as mayor of Marshall.
