Cain, R-Deer Park, has represented House District 128 since 2016. He sits on the House Elections, International Relations & Economic Development and Resolutions Calendars committees. He is a member of the Texas Freedom Caucus and serves as a captain in the Texas State Guard. Cain also works as a senior attorney at the Fulton Strahan Law Group in Houston.
