Steinhauser is a partner at the public relations and political consulting company Steinhauser Strategies. Previously, he worked as U.S. Sen. John Cornyn's campaign manager in 2014 and served as a political strategist for U.S. Reps. Dan Crenshaw and Michael McCaul. Steinhauser also served as director of federal and state campaigns for FreedomWorks, where he helped elect senators including Mike Lee, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and Pat Toomey.
