Roy is the co-founder and president of the Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity, a nonprofit think tank that conducts research on expanding economic opportunity. He is also the policy editor at Forbes and manages The Apothecary, the publication’s blog on health care policy and entitlement reform. Roy previously served as a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research.
