Poo is the director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, co-director of the Caring Across Generations campaign and co-founder of Supermajority, an organization promoting women's activism. She is a 2014 MacArthur “genius” Fellow and TIME 100 alumna. Poo is also the author of “The Age of Dignity: Preparing for the Elder Boom in a Changing America.”
