Pedigo has expertise in economic and urban development, city strategy and management, and placemaking. He currently serves as director of research and advising at the global advisory firm Creative Class Group as well as in leadership roles at two other global consultancy firms. Previously, Pedigo served as director of the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate Urban Lab and as a clinical assistant professor at NYU.
