Bill Kelly is the Director of Government Relations for Mayor Sylvester Turner at the City of Houston. Prior to this position, Kelly was the Director of Government Affairs for Mental Health America of Greater Houston, Regional Field Manager for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Political Director for Bill White for Texas Campaign, and Chief of Staff for State Representative Ellen Cohen. He is a 2002 graduate of The Honors College at the University of Houston.
